    How much does a WhiteCoat video teleconsultation cost?

    The consultation fees for video calls via the WhiteCoat app are:

    Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM: S$25.00

    Monday to Saturday, 8 PM – 12 AM: S$35.00

    Sundays & Public Holidays, 8 AM – 12 AM: S$35.00

    Consult fees do not include medication, delivery charges (where applicable), and GST.

    Please note that medication and delivery charges are non-refundable.

    How long do I need to wait to see a doctor?

    Wait times are dependent on the number of patients ahead of you in the queue as the duration of each consult varies.

    What are WhiteCoat’s operating hours?

    Our teleconsultation services are available 365 days a year, including public holidays — from 8 AM to 12 AM.

    Medication delivery is available daily up to 3 AM.

    Who are the doctors on WhiteCoat, and can I choose which doctor I consult with?

    WhiteCoat holds a valid medical clinic licence under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA). All doctors on the WhiteCoat platform are fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and have been thoroughly screened, and trained to provide the highest quality of patient care.

    You may select your preferred doctor, or connect with the soonest-available doctor.

    Can I turn off my video during a teleconsultation?

    No, video must remain on throughout the consult. Under the Healthcare Services Act, teleconsultations must be conducted using two-way interactive, audio-visual communications in real time.

    Doctors must be able to see patients clearly during the session, and the teleconsultation must take place in a well-lit, private setting with a stable internet connection.

    What if I need to extend my Medical Certificate (MC)?

    Please teleconsult a WhiteCoat doctor again if you are still feeling unwell. Our doctors will assess your symptoms and advise on the most appropriate course of treatment which may or may not include an extension of a MC.
